Laura Kaminski is relishing the trophy hunt at Brann after her Crystal Palace 'crash course' in the Women's Super League. The English coach, who was sacked by Palace in February 2025, has quickly made her mark in Norway, guiding Brann to cup success and a commanding league lead.
From Crystal Palace to Brann: A New Chapter
Kaminski's departure from Palace came midway through their first WSL campaign, a challenging period she describes as a 'crash course' in top-flight football. After taking a much-needed break, she was drawn to Brann's ambition. 'Coming to an ambitious club that wants to fight for a title, that was a massive pull,' she says. Based in Bergen, she has embraced the rainy west coast and the club's winning mentality.
