Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro: MediaMarkt Deal for Home Theater 2026

The Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro is now available at MediaMarkt for just €169.99, down from its original €259. That's a substantial discount on a compact projector that promises to bring the cinema experience right into your living room. With Google TV built in and a sleek design, it's an attractive option for anyone looking to upgrade their home entertainment setup without breaking the bank.

In this article, we'll dive into the details of this deal, what the L1 Pro offers, and whether it's the right projector for your needs. We'll also compare it to other options and help you decide if it's worth your money.

What Makes the Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro Stand Out?

The Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro is designed for indoor use, with a brightness of 400 ISO lumens. That's enough for a darkened room but may struggle in spaces with lots of ambient light. It uses LCD technology and can project images from 40 to 120 inches diagonally, with a full HD resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels.

One of its key features is the automatic focus and automatic keystone correction, which make setup a breeze. You don't have to fiddle with manual adjustments to get a perfectly rectangular image. Plus, it has built-in speakers, so you can start watching right out of the box without needing extra audio equipment.

Google TV Integration

The L1 Pro runs on Google TV, which means you have access to a wide range of streaming apps, including Netflix, YouTube, Disney+, and more. The interface is user-friendly and supports voice search via Google Assistant, making it easy to find your favorite content.

Key Features at a Glance

• Brightness: 400 ISO lumens – suitable for dark rooms.
• Resolution: 1080p Full HD for sharp images.
• Projection Size: 40 to 120 inches diagonal.

How Does It Compare to Other Projectors?

To give you a better idea of where the L1 Pro stands, here's a comparison with similar projectors in its price range.

As you can see, the L1 Pro offers a good balance of features and price. While it may not be as bright as some higher-end models, it's significantly cheaper and still delivers full HD resolution and a smart TV experience.

Who Should Buy the Xiaomi Smart Projector L1 Pro?

This projector is ideal for anyone who wants a dedicated home cinema experience on a budget. If you have a dark room and love watching movies or series, it's a great fit. It's also compact and portable enough to move between rooms or take to a friend's house. However, if you plan to use it in a well-lit room or outdoors, you might want to look for a brighter model. Also, if you need 4K resolution, this isn't for you. What's the Catch?

At 400 lumens, the L1 Pro is not very bright. You'll need to control the lighting in your room to get a good picture. Also, while the built-in speakers are convenient, they won't match the audio quality of a dedicated sound system. For a truly cinematic experience, you might want to connect external speakers via Bluetooth or HDMI.
